What service do you offer?

Our focus is on event catering– whether Large or Small. We offer super delicious food and fabulous service for all types of events, namely wedding reception, birthday celebration, marriage anniversary, meeting, training, workshop, seminar, conference, convocation, as well as friends & family get together. As a full-service catering solution, we provide you with food, cutlery, crockery, waiter, seating arrangement and decoration etc.

How long in advance do I need to confirm the order?

You need to confirm your order at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

What is your order policy? How do I confirm my order?

Our order policy states that you need to order a full menu for at least 20 people and at the same time your total order value has to be at least 10,000 Taka. To confirm your order, you need to pay 50% of the total bill in advance and the rest amount has to be paid on delivery.

Do you have home delivery service and is it free?

Yes, we do have home/office delivery service and it will be chargeable.

  • 1.1. Order for less than 100 people needs to be placed (confirmed) by 12 noon, the day before the event
  • 1.2. Order for more than 100 people needs to be placed (confirmed) one (01) day in advance of the event.
  • 1.3. Large order (200+) needs to be confirmed before two (02) days in advance. (Please note that some menu selections may require additional notice or a substitution may be required).
  • 2. To confirm the order, 50% advance payment is required

Third Party Delivery Orders (Food panda, Hungry naki, Pathao, etc.)

For third-party delivery issues, please contact the delivery company directly. You can communicate with their support line or visit their website.

Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us or the third-party delivery company as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order.

For credit card payments, we will issue a cancel payment on the order with an error and recharge the corrected amount.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference in balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference in the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you store credit. In all cases, please return the food order in the original containers to our host.

Food Order Incomplete

On the unusual occasion that you do not receive food on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice if anything from the food items is not present in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card or refund you with a store credit. Cash refunds cannot be provided.

Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds or replacement food are available upon request for orders where the food item is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. For any food items that a customer does not like, there are no refunds. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit.

Cancel Order

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages. A full refund can be entertained if the order is canceled within 5 minutes of the order that has been placed. or call our hotline.
